Asparagus, chickpea, red onion Quinoa Salad
*The dressing I used was fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper, dijon mustard, and olive oil.
It is sooo good. I'm letting the flavors meld a little more before going back for more.
Work and my internship are left for my monday. Woooo.
